Through basketball development, leadership training, community service, media exposure, and consistent evaluation, members prepare themselves for future opportunities with TBR and international basketball.

This program develops athletes—it does not guarantee selection to a TBR Global Team.

International opportunities may require additional costs, including airfare, lodging, transportation, tournament fees, meals, visas and other travel-related expenses.

Advancement within the pathway is based on TBR evaluation and is not guaranteed by payment or length of membership.
