1. About TBR

Thy Basketball Realm (TBR) is a Colorado-based basketball organization committed to developing athletes, serving communities, and creating opportunities through competition, leadership, and global experiences.

Our programs include, but are not limited to:

  • Denver Dynasty

  • Colorado Realm

  • TBR Global Player Pathway

  • Road to the Crown Showcase Series

  • Youth Workshops & Clinics

  • Community Outreach Programs

  • International Competition

  • Special Events

2. Registration

Registration for TBR programs is not considered complete until all required forms, waivers, and applicable fees have been received.

TBR reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any registration at its discretion when necessary to protect the safety, integrity, or operation of the organization.

3. Payments & Refunds

Registration fees help cover facility rentals, officials, equipment, staffing, insurance, and event operations.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Registration fees are non-refundable.

  • Payment plans may be available for select programs.

  • Refund requests due to documented medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If TBR cancels an event, participants may receive a refund, credit, or transfer option at TBR's discretion.

4. Participant Expectations

All participants are expected to:

  • Demonstrate good sportsmanship.

  • Respect teammates, coaches, officials, volunteers, and spectators.

  • Follow instructions from TBR staff.

  • Care for facilities and equipment.

  • Represent TBR positively both on and off the court.

Failure to meet these expectations may result in suspension or removal from programs without refund.

5. Event Changes

Schedules, locations, opponents, speakers, and event formats may change due to weather, facility availability, travel, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

TBR will make every reasonable effort to communicate updates promptly.

6. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to website systems.

  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission.

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website.

7. Intellectual Property
