Athletes selected for Denver Dynasty or Colorado Realm may enter the TBR progression system at the level that best matches their experience, commitment, development, and current team needs.

Practice Squad → Development → Reserve → Elite → Global Team Select
Every athlete begins at a different level. Initial contract placement is determined by TBR staff based on the athlete’s evaluation, playing experience, availability, commitment, character, performance, and current organizational needs.
Players are not required to begin with the Practice Squad. A qualified athlete may be offered a Development, Reserve, or Elite Contract following tryouts and evaluation.
Advancement is earned and is never automatic or guaranteed.

Do I choose my own player contract?
No. Athletes may share which opportunity they are interested in, but all contract offers are determined by TBR staff after tryouts, evaluations, interviews, and a review of current team needs.
Placement may be based on experience, skill level, availability, commitment, character, coachability, and overall fit within the organization.
Does every athlete begin on the Practice Squad?
No. The progression system shows the opportunities available within TBR, but qualified athletes may receive a Development, Reserve, or Elite Contract following their evaluation.
Players are placed at the level that best fits their current readiness and the needs of the organization.
What commitment is expected from TBR athletes?
Commitment depends on the contract or pathway, but all TBR athletes are expected to communicate consistently, attend required activities, support teammates, participate in community service, and represent the organization professionally.
Higher contract levels require greater availability and responsibility.
What should I do if I am unsure where I fit?

What is the difference between the Reserve and Elite Contracts?
Reserve players train with the team and remain prepared for selected competition opportunities when activated or needed.
Elite players hold active roster positions with Denver Dynasty or Colorado Realm and are expected to make the strongest commitment to practices, games, travel, community service, and organizational responsibilities.
Can I move to a higher contract level during the season?
Yes. Players may be promoted based on development, attendance, performance, leadership, professionalism, team needs, and consistent commitment.
Promotion is earned and is never automatic or guaranteed.
What happens if I am not offered the contract I wanted?
TBR staff may offer the contract level that best matches your current readiness and development needs.
Athletes can accept that opportunity, continue developing, and work toward advancement within the Kingdom.
Are there financial requirements for each pathway?
Some TBR opportunities require a player investment to help cover coaching, practices, uniforms, registrations, development resources, media, and organizational expenses.
Fees and payment details will be clearly explained before an athlete accepts a contract or program placement.
Travel, lodging, meals, passports, and certain showcase expenses may be separate unless otherwise stated.
Is the Global Player Pathway a player contract?
No. The Global Player Pathway is a separate development and evaluation program for athletes interested in international opportunities and future TBR Global Team consideration.
Participation does not guarantee a Global Team roster position.
Can I join the Global Player Pathway without playing for Denver Dynasty or Colorado Realm?
Yes. Athletes do not have to live in Colorado or currently play for a TBR Semi-Pro team to apply for the Global Player Pathway.
All applicants must still meet the program requirements and complete the selection process.
How do I earn Global Team Select status?
Global Team Select athletes are chosen based on performance, leadership, character, commitment, availability, community involvement, positional needs, and readiness for international competition.
Selection may come through the Global Player Pathway, a TBR Semi-Pro roster, or a direct invitation from TBR staff.
Does an Elite Contract guarantee Global Team selection?
No. Elite players may receive priority evaluation, but Global Team Select is a separate opportunity with its own roster needs and selection process.
No Semi-Pro contract or pathway guarantees international selection.
