To become Crown Eligible, a team must participate in at least 2 of the 4 Crown Qualifying Showcases:
March • May • June • July
The April Military Appreciation Showcase does not count toward Crown eligibility.
Meeting the 2-of-4 participation requirement establishes Crown eligibility, but it does not automatically guarantee a Championship position. Final qualification is determined by official Road to the Crown standings, available Championship positions, and good standing.
Registration is free, but confirmed teams are expected to honor their selected showcase commitments.
A team that withdraws less than 14 calendar days before a scheduled event, or fails to appear, may be assessed a $250 Late Cancellation Fee. Documented emergencies or extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed by TBR on a case-by-case basis.
FREE REGISTRATION. SERIOUS COMMITMENT.
